This is not a yoga class. We will spend most of our time sitting in chairs or on cushions (your choice), and no special clothing or physical conditioning is necessary.

None of The Stress Reduction Path classes and workshops are intended to serve as substitutes for group or individual therapy. If you are experiencing considerable difficulties in your life, please consider entering therapy in addition to attending the workshops. I will be happy to talk to you confidentially about this
possibility if you feel it would be of help, and I may be able to refer you to a therapist in your area.
The classes and workshops will provide you with information and practices that have the potential to greatly improve your quality of life. It will be up to you to implement them and make them a part of your life. In order to realize the benefits, you will need to do the work. I
cannot wave a magic wand to reduce your stress. Rather, I will be your guide and facilitator.
